Alyssasaurus and Dougodactyl

We took advantage of "two dollar tuesdays" at Thanksgiving Point to visit the Dinosaur Museum.  They claim to be the largest dinosaur museum in the world so we asked about it and they really do have more dinosaur skeletons on display than anywhere else in the world!  Apparently we weren't the only ones who wanted to go on two dollar tuesdays because we were there with HUNDREDS of crying, whining, snotty nosed toddlers.  We normally both love kids but this was really, really good birth control.  It was cool though and definitely worth 4 dollars!

Alyssa with a Triceratops

Doug with a Struthiomius

This is a giant Crestaceous turtle

Lys with a huge dinosaur leg

Supersaurus: its more than a third of the length of a football field and extends 5 stories tall!! You can just barely see the end of its tail in the back of the picture.

  1. Hey, I think we were at the Dino museum that day... Just kidding. Although now that you mention it, my kids would LOVE it! :-) Glad you had fun, but try not to have any more traumatic experiences like that because you need to make me some cute little babies!!!

  2. That was one of our first dates and we loved it. Donnie spent the entire time looking for the gnomes and I think we found them all!
